Lija's La Contessa "Tessa"
August 21 and 22, 2010 ARBA Garden State Classic - Tessa completed her points for her ARBA Championship.
Newly retired, Tessa is a beautiful bitch out of Miel (ARBA CH Divisa de la Voz de su Amo) and Chuka (ARBA Master Ch Unkashikic de Ubrique). Agile and smart as a whip, she is affectionate beyond belief to any she is introduced to as a friend. Tessa loves to prove her prowess by her ability to leap barriers and scale rocks.
Her pups have gone to homes doing agility, small game hunting, obedience training and even working on a deep sea fishing party boat. We hope to continue her legacy through her daughter and newest addition, Highview's La Marquesa Chismosa - better known as Pippa.
She is our foundation bitch. Her hips are OFA good, CHG carrier, and she is clear of prcd-PRA. She is FCPR and AKCFSS registered.
Lija's Dorado de Rey "Dutch"
Better known as Dutch, he is the sire of ARBA/Kennel Club USA Champion Highview's Sorpresa Dulce Lija, our Gema. He is out of "Chispee" and "Presley"(G-Gordito de Benamaina). His hips are OFA good; he is a CHG, and prcd-PRA carrier. He is both FCPR and AKCFSS registered. He is standing at stud to approved homes.
Kina Negra de Fabio
Kina, who is now retired from breeding, has been a welcomed addtion to our home. She has contributed much to this breed by way of her confirmation and her temperment. Kina will enjoy her retirement years with our family and her kids.
She has been spending time with Sunrise of New City, a senior living community, as a therapy dog. She is bringing much joy and love to the residents of the community and is already making a difference in many lives.
She is the mother of ARBA/Kennel Club USA Champion Highview's Sorpresa Dulce Lija -"Gema".
Valentisimo Tuvidam "Desi"
Desi, straight from Valentisimo Perro de Agua Espanol, is our welcomed addition from England. Bred by Nigel Egginton, she is out of Vida and Leone, She has beautiful movement, great agility, and a very sweet, loving temperament. Both her parents are clear of
prcd-PRA and she tested clear of CHG. Her hips tested OFA good.
Highview's Sorpresa Dulce Lija "Gema"
Gema is our ARBA and Kennel Club USA champion. At nine months old, she dual titled, ranking 9th of all breeds with Kennel Club USA and taking a Reserved Best in Show.
Titles are not awarded until a dog reaches 6 months of age. Gema completed her championships within three short months! She is out of Kina Negra de Fabio and Lija's Dorado de Rey.
She is a sweet tempered and very playful girl. Gema is AKC and FCPR registered. Penn hipped in the 80th percentile, CHG - carrier, PRA - clear.
